Home-brew Kombucha

After a few weeks of waiting patiently we finally tasted our first batch of homemade Kombucha. We are officially hooked on Home-brew. Once acquiring the mother, it was super easy to make. We kept it simple with flavoring to start only adding a little ginger to some bottles, some fresh nectarines to others, and left a few just plain. So far the ginger is my favorite, so refreshing!
