Fermented Cabbage

Ingredients: Cabbage & Salt.
This batch of Sauerkraut was left to ferment for 2 weeks. It was the first attempt of ours at making this recipe. The result was nearly 8 pounds of kraut. Looking forward to starting the next batch.
